Dave has a B.A. in Economics from St. Bonaventure University and an M.B.A. from Western New England University. Dave is both a higher education marketing practitioner as well as a user/buyer. With four daughters—three in college and one in high school—he experiences firsthand how colleges seek out and engage and interact with his daughters and his wife.
As Vice President, Consulting & Market Research, he not only oversees the PS&L team, but engages with research and consulting clients across the country. Dave is also an adept teacher and coach, conducting PS&L SMART and Yield Boot Camp professional development seminars.
In the role of lead consultant, Dave managed the projects for California State University, Fullerton; Tyler Junior College; and St. Ambrose University. He holds responsibility for the United States Coast Guard Academy account and for the brand research that was recently completed for the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. In the course of the last 12 months, Dave worked on more than two-dozen campuses for assessments, research, staff development and consulting.
Christian DiGregorio Senior Director of University Admissions, Marywood University
Christian has been in the field of enrollment management for over 17 years and has watched Marywood University double in size during that time. He graduated with a B.F.A. in Art Therapy from Kansas State University and later attained an M.S. in Secondary Education Counseling from Marywood University.
Christian oversees student recruitment for all University admission levels including bachelor, master, intensive English, pre-collegiate programs and heads select special projects for the University. His areas of specialty lie within the recruitment of first-time freshman, composition of prospects pools, and international student recruitment.
Christian and his staff provide an extensive training program for all of his new counselors, which some have gone on to be director of admissions themselves.
Dana Evans Senior Consultant, Paskill Stapleton & Lord
More than 25 years’ experience in higher education admissions, enrollment management and marketing.
Dana came to PS&L after an extensive career spent in-house at various colleges, including serving as Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid. Born and raised in the south, Dana is a graduate of Furman University.
Dana has conducted industry research and presented nationally broadcast webinars on the topic of recruiting adult students. She has also written extensively on the topic of adult student marketing and recruiting.
At PS&L, she facilitates focus groups, conducts interviews, crafts research instruments and develops observations and recommendations on the findings as related to clients’ admissions, recruiting and marketing. She also consults with colleges across the country in the areas of enrollment development, enrollment management and academic marketing. A top staff development trainer, Dana is a presenter of the PS&L SMART, Yield Boot Camp and Workshop for a Student First Culture professional development training seminars.
Dana has recently served as a lead consultant for University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and Maryland Institute College of Art, and completed market research for Dominican College.
Jeanne GosselinSenior Consultant, Enrollment Management & Marketing, Paskill Stapleton & Lord
When Jeanne came to PS&L in 2005, it was with 20 years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment, and enrollment marketing at varied institutions. She holds a B.A. in English Communications from North Adams State College and a M.S. Ed., from Hofstra University.
The expertise Jeanne brings to each project is balanced between understanding the day-to-day pressures of working in the field and the best practices developed fromconsulting with hundreds of colleges in today’s competitive marketplace. Her attitude is positive, her perspective realistic, and her vision what is best for the college, always firmly supporting its mission and people.
Among Jeanne’s services to PS&L clients, are developing and implementing research, leading consulting, research, and copy and content development on website assessments and redesign projects. Jeanne also is a presenter of PS&L SMART, Yield Boot Camp and Workshop for a Student First Culture professional development training seminars. Jeanne is currently the lead consultant with Lakeshore Technical College (WI).
Joanne Landers, Ph.D.Vice President of Enrollment Services, Tennessee Wesleyan University
Dr. Joanne Landers has been living and breathing higher education recruitment for more than 17 years. With roles spanning from admissions and financial aid counselor to vice president overseeing university recruitment and marketing efforts, Dr. Landers is a leader with valuable experience.
Beginning her career at her alma mater, Miami University, she has risen through the ranks of college admissions and financial aid to where she currently resides at Tennessee Wesleyan University as Vice President of Enrollment Services. Throughout her career, Dr. Landers has positioned herself as an expert in best practices for enrollment management as well as recruitment marketing and communication strategies. She cites the importance of mentors in the field as a significant factor in maintaining her path forward. Dr. Landers has now become a mentor for young admissions professionals, encouraging them in their own journey.
Dr. Landers received her Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and continued to The University of Akron where she earned a Master of Arts. Specializing in leadership in higher education, she received her Ph.D. from Capella University. Dr. Landers has been a member of OACAC, AICAD, NPDA, NACAC, SACAC and GACRAO throughout her career, and served on multiple planning committees for each organization.
Dr. Landers’ lifetime commitment to the growth of students and young professionals continues as she speaks to groups at national conferences and local events. Her encouraging words and advice will surely continue to impact the next generation.
